  • Kazzinc LLP, the biggest producer of zinc in Kazakhstan, in acquisition of Zhairemskiy GOK (mining and processing plant) in Kazakhstan.

  • JSC ForteBank in the first in Kazakhstan triple merger of JSC Alliance Bank, JSC Temirbank and JSC ForteBank.

  • A syndicate of international investment banks in US$ 1,5 billion bond offering by JSC National Company KazMunaiGas.

  • JSC Transmashdiesel, a subsidiary of a major Russian railway company, in formation of a joint venture with General Electric and JSC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy for the manufacture of diesel engines.

  • Led the project on advising an international private equity fund in acquisition of an agricultural business in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  • Iluka Resources, one of the biggest Australian mining holding company, in formation of a joint venture in Kazakhstan.

  • A syndicate of international investment banks in US$ 2 billion bond offering by JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan.

  • Led the project on advising JSC Eurasian Bank in consolidation of business processes with Prosto Kredit LLP, a 100% subsidiary of Societe Generale Bank in Kazakhstan.

  • JSC Eurasian Bank in connection with acquisition of Bank Pozitiv Kazakhstan.
