EVERLEGAL is expanding its Banking & Finance Industry Groupand is looking for an associate to join our Kyiv office!

Qualifications:
- Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university
- 5+ years of professional experience
- A lawyer's license is a MUST
- Excellent command of English (including legal English) and Ukrainian is a MUST
- Excellent knowledge of civil and commercial law;
- Foreign LL.M. will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Banking & Finance advisory and transactional work (due diligence, drafting transactional documents, structuring)
- Advising on different legal issues concerning contract law, antitrust law and compensation for damages
- Participation in negotiations
- Performance of various legal ad hoc assignments delegated by senior associates and partners
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent research, analytical and legal writing skills
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- High level of self-motivation and proactiveness
- Results-driven personality
- Confidence to interact directly with clients
