EVERLEGAL Represented a Major Industrial Producer in a EUR 54 Million International Arbitration

EVERLEGAL successfully represented Kyiv-based large industrial producer in a multiparty arbitration conducted under the Arbitration Rules of the Vienna International Arbitration Court.

The dispute arose from three supply and development contracts concluded with a Turkish counterparty, with an overall value of EUR 54 million.

In its Final Award, the tribunal noted that EVERLEGAL’s client had “essentially, fully prevailed” in its case. The client recovered more than EUR 12.5 million from the respondent and defeated respondent’s counterclaim of EUR 5.6 million.
