• A global agricultural holding in connection with potential acquisition of integral property complexes for construction and development of grain elevators.

• One of India's leading renewable energy producers, in relation to acquisition of solar power plant projects in Ukraine, as well as drafting and negotiating an EPC contract and supply of equipment contract.

• UNIT.City with regard to attracting financing from the European Investment Bank for the construction and development of the first innovation park in Ukraine in the amount of up to EUR 50 million.

• UDP Renewables, a Ukrainian developer of renewable energy projects in relation to development and operation of solar power plant projects in Ukraine, sale of solar power plant projects to foreign investors from Spain and the Slovak Republic;
