• Advising in connection with the protection of intellectual property rights including copyright registration, trademark (TM) registration under Ukrainian law and international TM registration

• Advising and representing the interests of a large international company, a furniture manufacturer, in the process of protection against unfair competition

• Representing the interests of Agromino, a large agricultural holding with headquarters in Denmark, which is one of the TOP-100 Latifundists of Ukraine, concerning the protection of land rights

• Advising Adidas Ukraine in connection with employment matters; representation of interests of the foreigner in trial concerning legal labour relations

• Representing the interests of Ukrainian agricultural producer of biogas materials in series of trials for UAH 14,000,000

• Advising and representing the interests of a large Ukrainian bank with foreign capital in matters related to loans and mortgages trials, and in matters of requirements for depository activities and financial monitoring
