Recent experience includes advising:

• A Ukrainian financial company, participants of which are US corporations, on the procedure for obtaining a licence from the National Bank of Ukraine for the activities of a financial company, on legal support in day-to-day activities in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine. Legal support for the approval of a new participant's acquisition of a qualifying holding.

• Ukrainian subsidiaries of an international group engaged in commodities trading on the process of updating information on UBOs and ownership structure.

• A Ukrainian mining and metallurgical enterprise, a member of an international industrial group on the process of updating information on UBOs and ownership structure.

• Ukrainian company, a member of an international group of companies engaged in data and artificial intelligence, on bringing its employment contracts and gig contracts into compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the Diia.City regime; resolve other current issues arising in the company's activities.

• UDPR, a Ukrainian investment and development company in the renewable energy sector, on the conclusion of sale and purchase agreements for shares in Ukrainian companies, in particular in favour of an asset management company and at the expense of a mutual fund.
