Taras Ivanenko, Partner at EVERLEGAL, spoke at the IV Anti-Corruption Forum
On 17 April, Kyiv hosted the IV Anti-Corruption Forum, organised by the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association. The first session of the event focused on discussing current challenges in combating corruption.
The forum brought together representatives of the judiciary, anti-corruption authorities, the legal profession, and the expert community to address pressing issues in the field of anti-corruption.
Taras Ivanenko, Partner and Head of Anti-Corruption Practice at EVERLEGAL, Attorney-at-Law, PhD in Law, delivered a presentation on "Between probability and proof: expert evidence in corruption proceedings".
The forum focused on:
- anti-corruption justice practice and specific aspects of court proceedings
- European integration, sanctions, asset tracing and confiscation
- compliance, internal investigations, and corruption risks in business
