Recent experience includes advising:

• Representation of one of the largest domestic banks with foreign capital in the NSSMC on issues related to its activities as a depository institution, as well as representation of the bank in court in connection with appealing against the decisions of the NSSMC

• Representing a Ukrainian developer in a number of contractual disputes that resulted in an amicable settlement

• Representing one of the largest domestic banks with foreign capital in disputes related to consumer protection and compensation for non-pecuniary damage

• Representation of a subsidiary of an international concern producing chemical and biological plant protection products, as well as representation of a Ukrainian furniture manufacturer in disputes related to the protection of economic competition

• Advising and representing individuals and legal entities in the procedure for recovering damages caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine

• Advising and representing an international furniture manufacturer in the process of protection against unfair competition, as well as in the course of consideration of a domain dispute at WIPO
