Recent experience includes advising:

• Representing 6 Ukrainian companies suffered from the aggression of the Russian Federation in complex disputes in Ukraine and foreign jurisdictions on the refund of damages

• Сooperation with USAID/ENGAGE in an educational project aimed at providing legal support to civil society organizations (CSOs), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and Ukrainian citizens

• Representing UKRSIBBANK (BNP Paribas Group) since 2018 in a number of disputes relating to the collection of the Bank’s USD 85.1 million worth of NPL portfolio, which involves in-court representation in about two hundred simultaneous disputes

• Representing DEVELOP FINANCE since 2020 in a complex USD 48.5 million disputes on collecting debts from 611 individual debtors

• Represented interests of the major Ukrainian car dealer in its UAH 375,000,000 multi-jurisdictional dispute with a Ukrainian bank in Ukraine and Cyprus
