EVERLEGAL is looking for an Associate to join our Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in Kyiv

Qualifications:
- Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university (LLM will be a plus)
- 2+ years of professional experience at TOP 20 Ukrainian law firm or Legal at Big 4 accounting firm
- Hands-on experience with various competition law matters (merger clearance and concerted actions' notifications, advisory work, public tenders, state aid, investigations)
- Experience of representing clients in investigations/controversies with the competition authority will be an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English is a MUST

- High level of self-motivation and proactiveness

- Confidence to interact directly with clients
- Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills (goes without saying)
