Recent experience includes advising:

• United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Representative in Ukraine, an inter-governmental organisation engaged in the protection and support of refugees, internally displaced persons and stateless persons, on the currency legislation matters in Ukraine concerning the placement and execution of public orders.

• A Ukrainian financial company whose sole participant is a US corporation, that aims to provide crediting and other financial services to entrepreneurs, on data protection matters, drafting the privacy policy in connection with the credit applications via the website, increasing the authorised capital, financial and banking matters, interacting with the National Bank of Ukraine and other matters in the course of business activities.

• A major Polish industrial company in relation to the activities of its Ukrainian subsidiaries, including on preparing the agreement for development of design and estimate documentation for the construction of a wind power plant and various corporate matters.

• Ukrainian subsidiary of the copying equipment manufacturer, on various employment and corporate law matters.

• Ukrainian renewable energy producers on commercial contracts in the energy sector, banking and financial matters, intra-group loans and repayable financial aid, opening bank accounts, tax and other matters in the course of business activities.

• Norwegian Refugee Council in Ukraine, an independent humanitarian organisation protecting and supporting displaced people, on various corporate and employment law matters.
