Court fee rates from January 1, 2025

The Law of Ukraine "On Court Fees" stipulates that court fees shall be charged in the appropriate amount of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established by law as of 1 January of the calendar year in which the relevant application or complaint is filed with the court – as a percentage of the price of the claim and in a fixed amount.
