EVERLEGAL expert Daria Kravets spoke at the XII International Forum for the Promotion of Legal Services
On 9 December, Kyiv hosted the XII International Forum for the Promotion of Legal Services, organised by Yurydychna Praktyka Publishing.
Daria Kravets, Director of Marketing and Business Development at EVERLEGAL, spoke at the “Law Firm Settings” session, focusing her presentation on ESG as a key tool for legal business development.

Daria emphasised that ESG is no longer simply a trend or a collection of charitable and environmental initiatives. Today, it forms part of management strategy and serves as a tool for business growth, particularly when working with international partners and clients.
In her presentation, Daria addressed the following points:
- the development of ESG in Ukraine: from image-driven initiatives to a systematic approach;
- the impact of European regulation on the Ukrainian market;
- strategic ESG reporting as a tool for promoting legal services;
- EVERLEGAL’s experience, including a partnership ESG project with USAID recognised with European awards.
Daria encouraged colleagues in the legal sector to integrate ESG principles into their strategies, noting that ESG is not only about social or environmental values. It is also an important driver of company growth, international client engagement, access to financing and competitive advantage. She highlighted that ESG can serve as both an effective management tool and a sales tool in the modern legal market.
