EVERLEGAL is looking for a Senior Associate or a Mid-level Associate with fast development potential to join 

Commercial & Employment practice in Kyiv

Qualifications:

• Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university (US or UK LLM will be a plus)
• 4+ years of professional experience at TOP 20 Ukrainian law firm or Big 4 accounting firm
• Fluent English is a MUST
• Diverse experience in different practice areas and industries, experience in M&A will be a plus
• Good knowledge of IT sector will be a plus

• Able to lead the team and delegate effectively
• High level of self-motivation and proactiveness

• Confidence to interact directly with clients
