EVERLEGAL is looking for Associate/ Junior Associate for Dispute Resolution Practice with focus on Agricultural, Land and Employment Law
Requirements:
• previous work experience for at least 1 year in a reputable international or leading Ukrainian law firm, legal department;
• University Degree in Law obtained from a reputable Ukrainian university;
• excellent knowledge of civil and commercial proceedings, as well as knowledge in the fields of, land, agriculture and employment law;
• strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.);
• attorney license will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• preparation and proofreading of procedural documents and other legal documents, analyze legal issues and providing consultations;
• assistance in developing litigation strategy;
• efficient case and project management;
• representation of clients before courts, enforcement authorities, and other state authorities.
