EVERLEGAL is looking for an Associate to join 

Innovations & Technology Practice in Kyiv

Qualifications:

• Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university (US or UK LLM will be a plus)

• 2+ years of professional experience at TOP 20 Ukrainian law firm or Big 4 accounting firm

• Good knowledge of IT sector and relevant legal and regulatory environment in Ukraine (knowledge of other jurisdictions is a plus)

• Fluent English is a MUST

• Diverse experience in different practice areas and industries (experience in M&A will be a plus)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as a part of a team

• Able to lead the team and delegate effectively

• High level of self-motivation and proactiveness

• Results-driven personality

• Confidence to interact directly with clients

• Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills (goes without saying)
