EVERLEGAL receives the RESILIENCE MARK, the Ukrainian business resilience award
On 22 October, the Office of Sustainable Solutions and ESG Liga PAEW held the ESG Leaders Assembly ‘Responsibility That Has a Price’. EVERLEGAL was a partner of the event.
During the event, the organisers presented the RESILIENCE MARK, the Ukrainian business resilience award, for the first time. The award is not designed as a competition for first place: its purpose is to recognise teams that back their values with concrete actions and results. One of the criteria was openness, meaning companies’ willingness to talk about the difficulties they faced and how they overcame them.
Following the assessment, EVERLEGAL received the RESILIENCE MARK for legal solutions for people, communities, humanitarian organisations and Ukrainian business. In 2022–2025, the team performed more than 6,500 hours of legal work for over 20 organisations that help Ukraine. The organisers gave special recognition to the firm’s study on using escheated inheritance and ownerless property to provide housing for internally displaced persons. The work covered 82 communities, and based on its findings the team prepared a practical guide for local authorities.
Other recipients include NPC Ukrenergo, Ukrgasvydobuvannya, Kyivstar, DTEK, Metinvest, Epicentr K, SoftServe, Interpipe, Farmak, Crédit Agricole Ukraine, METRO Ukraine, Carlsberg Ukraine, Danone Ukraine, SOCAR Energy Ukraine and others.

Congratulations to the EVERLEGAL team who worked on the study:
- Oleksandr Demchuk – Project Lead, Counsel
- Anna Dvornikova (Zelynska) – Senior Associate
- Olga Kotkova – Senior Associate
- Olena Sinko – Associate
- Alla Lysak – Associate

We thank the Office of Sustainable Solutions, ESG Liga PAEW and ESG Liga founder Liudmyla Tsyganok for organising the event.
