Recent experience includes advising:

• Providing legal support, including representation in court cases related to the return (reclamation) of real estate, including land plots.

• Representing and protecting the interests of the Ukrainian financial company during the implementation of the debt settlement program for the purchased pool of mortgage loans totaling.

• Representation of one of the largest domestic banks with foreign capital in the NSSMC on issues related to its activities as a depository institution, as well as representation of the bank in court in connection with appealing against the decisions of the NSSMC.

• Representing financial company in litigation and enforcement proceedings on the settlement of current and overdue credit debt.

• Representation of financial institutions in litigation involving the invalidation of contracts, including claims of fraudulent conveyance, and in disputes challenging decisions of state registrars.
