EVERLEGAL is expanding its Real Estate & Construction and Infrastructure & Transport practices and is looking for a mid-level associate with a focus on Real Estate, Construction, and Infrastructure to join our Kyiv office!

Qualifications:
- Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university
- 3+ years of professional experience at one of the Top-20 Ukrainian law firms
- Excellent command of English (including legal English) and Ukrainian is a MUST
- Solid knowledge of land, real estate and constructions laws and regulations, experience of project development legal support
- Previous experience of supporting large infrastructure and real estate development projects, solid knowledge of PPP as well as industrial parks regulations will be a plus
- Foreign LL.M. will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)

- Excellent research, analytical and legal writing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- High level of self-motivation and proactiveness

- Confidence to interact directly with clients
Responsibilities:
- Advisory and project development and transactional work (regulatory advice, due diligence, drafting project development and transactional documentation)
- Advising on various land, real estate, construction, infrastructure regulatory matters
- Efficient case and project management
- Participation in negotiations
- Performance of various legal ad hoc assignments delegated by senior associates and partners
