EVERLEGAL represents Danish agricultural holding in complex dispute (over 350 court cases) regarding the restoration of lease rights on 800 hectares of land illegally taken from the client as a result of resonance raider attacks in 2018. As the result of these raider attacks, the client lost several farm fields and was deprived of the possibility to grow agricultural products on them.

EVERLEGAL team has developed a comprehensive strategy to protect the client’s interests to promptly revival of its lease rights, which includes non-judicial, judicial, and criminal courses.
