EVERLEGAL represents UkrSibbank (BNP Paribas Group) in a number of disputes with the debtors of the Bank. We almost doubled the loan portfolio and the number of disputes over the past year. These litigations include disputes with problematic practices related to the collection of the debts secured by the mortgages and by the surety contracts in favor of UkrSibbank (BNP Paribas Group) as well as disputes about the annulment of the credit contracts of the Bank.

We represent the client in courts of the first instance, courts of appeal and in Supreme Court. Also, we provide enforcement of the arbitral awards.

Our involvement in such cases helps bank to collect debts more effective and to avoid the risk of losing creditor rights.
