Oleksandr Ruzhytskyi commented on draft Regulation regarding license provisions for employment abroad. According to Oleksandr, CMU proposed changes which complicate the procedure for obtaining a license, and do not solve the problems faced by Ukrainian companies, who assist Ukrainians in finding jobs abroad.
