HR Department
Acting as the company's legal advisor in the real estate development and related operations sectors, we assist the HR Department with the following issues:
- employment of top management of the company and subsequent termination of their powers (including the preparation and conclusion of employment contracts or civil law agreements with members of the supervisory board and / or board of directors, agreements on termination of employment, etc.)
- employment of foreigners in Ukraine (including obtaining work permits, temporary residence permits and Ukrainian visas)
- confidentiality of data (including the preparation of non-disclosure agreements with employees, internal rules concerning confidential information and / or trade secrets, etc.)
- responsibility of top management (including preparation of internal regulations on the supervisory board and / or board of directors, optimisation of the corporate governance structure in the company's statutory documents, etc.)
- compliance with labour laws (holidays, leaves, occupational safety, personal data issues, etc.)
