Recent experience includes advising:

• Hero Future Energies, a part of Hero Group, one of the top recognised industrial conglomerates of India, with operating plants in wind, grid-connected solar and rooftop solar, on updating ownership structure and UBO(s) information and documents with Ukrainian corporate register.

• A Ukrainian subsidiary of a global merchant firm that is involved in agriculture, food processing, on advising and drafting relevant agreements in connection with the contemplated intra-group cross-border debt restructuring and subsequent capital increase in one of the Ukrainian legal entities of the group through the debt-to-equity mechanism.

• A Polish construction company, on various corporate and commercial matters related to the development of a RES project in Ukraine.

• A British investment fund focused on RES, on the formalisation of their participation in a solar energy project which included (i) finalising and arranging for the execution of a shareholders agreement with the project partners and (ii) supporting the shares transfer transactions related to the same (drafting transaction documents, arranging for the closing of the transaction etc.).

• UDP Renewables, a Ukrainian renewable energy project developer, in connection with the development and operation of wind energy projects in Ukraine, as well as the sale of wind power plant projects to foreign and local investors.
