• Peace Corps Ukraine on engagement of individuals performing the organisation's functions in Ukraine.

• Several Ukrainian solar power plant operators on obtaining critical importance status for the economy, reserving key personnel, and ensuring the continuity of renewable energy production.

• UDP Renewables, a Ukrainian renewable energy project developer, on obtaining AMCU merger clearance in connection with the sale of wind farm projects to international and local investors.

• VisionFund International on obtaining preliminary rulings from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (the "AMCU") for a project involving the entry of VisionFund Ukraine, a microfinance institution, into the non-banking financial services market.

• An investment and development company on preparing documents for the registration of a limited liability company and the appointment of its director.

• The largest integrated steel company in Ukraine on providing clarifications to the state registrar regarding possible discrepancies in the ultimate beneficial owner (the "UBO") information revealed by primary financial monitoring entities, and on determining the UBO and ownership structure in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
