Recent experience includes advising:

• Yaroslav worked at major Ukrainian top-tier law firms and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

• Yaroslav was a leading Ukrainian Law and Government Relations Counsel at International Finance Corporation (IFC). He was responsible for the Antitrust reform in Ukraine, the major part of which was successfully implemented.

• Yaroslav is a former Co-chair of the Competition Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. He develops strategic visions and initiatives regarding the improvements of legislation, provides expert opinions, strengthens relationships with all levels of Ukrainian government, provides leadership and support with respect to plans and activities that are directed and implemented by business community.
