EVERLEGAL acted as a legal partner of Novopecherska School in relation to a loan agreement with the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) for the amount of up to 10 million euros for the construction of a school in UNIT.City innovation park.
This agreement will allow the school to increase the number of students from 500 to 1,200 and provide them with all modern study conditions.
EVERLEGAL team supported the process of attraction of financing for Novopecherska school at all stages of negotiations and execution of transaction documents. EVERLEGAL also provided comprehensive legal support to the Novopecherska School in the process of conducting by Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) of the due diligence procedure.
EVERLEGAL project team was led by Andriy Olenyuk, EVERLEGAL partner, and comprised of lawyers Olha Horodniuk, Vasylyna Belo, and Ivan Sova.
It is also worth mentioning that Novopecherska School upholds the principles of equal opportunities and supports a scholarship program for gifted students from disadvantaged families. The new building will be located in UNIT.City residential area.
