• China Electric Power Equipment and Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) relating to the construction of energy infrastructure, a wind park with total capacity of 750 MW in Zaporizhzhya region, Ukraine.

• UDP Renewables, the owner of 10 solar power plants in Ukraine of the total capacity of 248,3 MW on issuing legal opinions on the enforceability of a set of contractual documents, as requested by Oschadbank, Ukraine’s second largest state-owned bank.

• One of the leading global producers of PV modules, on creating an innovative solution for financing solar power project development and construction in Ukraine via trade financing.

• A US multinational confectionery, food and beverage conglomerate on up to EUR 20,000,000 cross-border intragroup borrowings.

• Louis Dreyfus Company Ukraine, a large agricultural holding, on incorporation of an operational company in Ukraine for carrying on its rail cars leasing business in Ukraine in partnership with the EBRD.

• UNIT.City, the first Ukrainian innovation park, on attracting financing from the European Investment Bank for the construction and development of the innovation park in an amount of EUR 50 million.
