EVERLEGAL advised Kolak Energy on structuring projects on implementation of know-how technology and special concentrate on flooded oil and gas wells for the increase of their productivity. 

EVERLEGAL provided legal advice on the project structuring, in particular, choice of jurisdiction for the holding company for the JV most efficient from the legal and tax perspectives.

Our team advised client on the corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters of the project, including, preparing the shareholders agreement, advisory board agreement for providing of consulting services, license agreement for transfer of right of use of know-how and concentrate for project implementation and agreement on supply of equipment, namely the mechanism of modelling of oil and gas reservoir conditions.
