EVERLEGAL among the finalists of the Partnership for Sustainability Award 2025
On December 19, the official award ceremony for the Partnership for Sustainability Award 2025 took place at the Intercontinental Kyiv hotel.
The UN Global Compact International Award in Ukraine recognises outstanding partnership projects between business and the public sector that are already driving change across the country.
We are pleased to share that EVERLEGAL was recognised in the “Ukraine Recovery” category for its joint project with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), in which our team acted as legal adviser and partner in a large-scale study on abandoned inheritance and ownerless property. The project aimed to identify practical legal solutions for local communities seeking to provide internally displaced persons with access to safe, adequate and long-term housing.

The Partnership for Sustainability Award is an annual international award organised by the UN Global Compact in Ukraine and is considered one of the most prestigious recognitions in the fields of corporate sustainability and ESG. The Award honours partnership projects implemented by businesses, the public sector and civil society, aimed at advancing the Sustainable Development Goals, protecting the environment, addressing social and economic challenges, and promoting peace.
As part of the Award selection process, which ran from May 21 to October 10, 2025, the UN Global Compact Network Ukraine reviewed 150 applications from 22 countries worldwide. A total of 93 projects were shortlisted for the final stage — a record number in the Award’s history. All submitted projects were thoroughly reviewed and evaluated by an independent international jury, including experts from Harvard University, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the World Economic Forum, and the Basel Institute on Governance.
