EVERLEGAL at II Business & Legal Agri Forum 2020

On 12 February 2020, the II Business & Legal Agri Forum took place in Kyiv where experts of the agro and land sector discussed the Ukrainian land market and its prospects, including technology issues in the agro sphere, dispute resolution and legal support of the agricultural sector, as well as the position of the Ukrainian agricultural market on the world map.

One of the expert speakers was Svitlana Teteria, head of Agriculture and Land Law Practice at EVERLEGAL, who shared with the participants her views regarding practical aspects of land bank protection. Svitlana thoroughly analysed the risks that could lead to the loss of the land bank, listed the effective ways of fixing the facts of the land seizure and highlighted the peculiarities of counteraction in the case of unjustified unilateral termination of the lease.
