EVERLEGAL at the V Ukrainian Vis Pre-Moot
From February 22 to February 23 the V Ukrainian Vis Pre-Moot, international commercial arbitration debates, was held in Kyiv and gathered teams from leading universities in Ukraine, Poland, Germany and Latvia.
Ukrainian Vis Pre-Moot is practice rounds for the Ukrainian and foreign teams participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The Pre-Moot is organized to provide the opportunity to student teams to practice their oral advocacy, test the legal arguments, and build a network with fellow moot participants and lawyers in the field of arbitration.
EVERLEGAL Partner Vsevolod Volkov and Senior Associate Marina Ryashchenko were invited as arbitrators to the moot debates.
We are also happy to share that the Ukrainian team of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy took the 2nd place in the competition. Two EVERLEGAL Junior Associates Olha Horodniuk and Ivan Sova were the members of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy team.
