EVERLEGAL Counsel participates in National forum ‘From Destruction to Restoration’
On 29 July 2025, Yuliia Tantsiiura, Counsel and expert on compensation for damages caused by the russian federation's armed aggression, participated in the National forum on effective access to the national compensation mechanism and alternative options for victims.
The event was supported by the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the Czech humanitarian organisation People in Need.
During the forum, participants discussed:
- problematic issues related to the submission of applications, receipt and use of compensation;
- institutional foundations of the compensation mechanism;
- the relationship between the national mechanism and the international compensation mechanism.
The results of an analytical and monitoring study by the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation were also presented.
EVERLEGAL continues to support initiatives aimed at protecting the rights of victims of armed aggression and participates in professional dialogue on improving compensation instruments.
