EVERLEGAL held a hands-on lecture for Kernel

EVERLEGAL Counsel Svitlana Teteria held a practical lecture for one of the flagships of Ukraine's agricultural sector — Kernel

On October 18, the first part of a corporate training course for Kernel's in-house lawyers took place in Kyiv, organised by the educational platform Legal High School.

As part of the course, EVERLEGAL Counsel Svitlana Teteria acted as one of the experts, covering the topic 'Employment Matters During Martial Law,' specifically:

• Legislative changes regarding the regulation of labor relations during martial law: What should in-house lawyers know?
• Overview of recent court rulings in labor disputes
• Discussion on issues related to mobilization and staff reservation

Additionally, participants had the opportunity to personally consult with the EVERLEGAL expert and receive answers to the most pressing questions they encounter in their daily work.
