CRM transformation & AI-assisted billing: Digital transformation was one of the key areas of development. In 2025, EVERLEGAL implemented a CRM system based on the Ukrainian platform Creatio, adapted to the needs of the legal business. The new system brought together client project management, analytics and internal business processes, improving the team's efficiency, enhancing transparency in client interactions, and raising the quality of project reporting.

The firm's previous CRM system no longer supported effective billing, reporting, or analytics. As a Ukrainian business, EVERLEGAL made the decision to transition away from Russian-origin software, aligning its technology infrastructure with its values and risk management priorities.
- What: The solution
EVERLEGAL selected Creatio, a globally recognised CRM platform of Ukrainian origin, and undertook extensive customisation to adapt it to the specific requirements of the legal sector. The result: client management, billing, invoicing, and financial analytics integrated into a single cloud-based environment, replacing fragmented manual processes.
- What changed: The impact
Structured billing reports and automated invoice generation. Role-based analytical dashboards for partners, practice heads, and management. Improved billing transparency for clients. Enhanced data security on AWS European cloud infrastructure, ensuring business continuity in the Ukrainian operating environment.
The company launched EverNow, an emergency legal support service that ensures a rapid response from lawyers in crisis situations.

EverNow is a dedicated rapid-response legal service built for critical situations. It provides businesses with 24/7 access to instructions, direct lawyer communication, and on-site legal support in emergencies such as law enforcement searches, inspections by regulatory authorities, interrogations, and document seizures.
- Part of a comprehensive protection framework
EverNow operates within the firm's broader "Business Protection" package, which combines proactive and reactive legal tools: counterparty due diligence, legal security audits, online threat monitoring, corporate security training, and emergency criminal defence support.
