Key aspects of the updated merger control regulation

On February 16, 2024, the Order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine On Approval of Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Submission and Consideration of Applications for Preliminary Obtaining of the Permit of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for Concentration of Business Entities (Amendments to the Regulation on Concentration) dated 07.12.2023 No. 20-rp came into force. 

The Amendments to the Regulation on Concentration were adopted to bring the Regulation in line with the updated Law of Ukraine On Protection of Economic Competition.
