Legal regulation of court fees in Ukraine: current provisions for 2026

Court fee rates effective from 1 January 2026

The exercise of the constitutional right to judicial protection requires the payment of a court fee as a mandatory charge when applying to the courts. From 1 January 2026, the court fee rates will change, as they are calculated based on the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established by the State Budget.
