Advising Main Group Ukraine, a Ukrainian developer of renewable energy projects, on transactions related to the sale of existing companies developing solar power plants to foreign investors and developing other solar energy projects in Ukraine.

Implemented projects:

• Advising the client on transactional matters relating to a sale of a project company developing a solar power plant of the planned capacity of 60MW in the Khmelnytskyi region of Ukraine.
• Advising the client on selling a majority stake in an 85 MW solar power plant to an Indian investor in the Dnipro region of Ukraine.
• Advising the client on transactional issues related to a sale to a Slovak investor of an project company developing a 25 MW solar power plant in the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine.
• Advising the client on transactional matters relating to a sale to a Turkish investor of a project company developing a solar power plant of the nominal capacity of 6MW in the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine.
• Advising the client on the transactional issues related to a sale of project companies developing solar power plants with the total estimated capacity of 150 MW in the Dnipro region of Ukraine to the UK investor.
• Advising the client on a sale of a 52 MW solar power plant under development in the Dnipro region of Ukraine to the Indian investor.
