EVERLEGAL advised  Findos Investor GmbH, a German private equity fund, on acquisition of several Ukrainian IT businesses and providing post-closing support. 

Our legal support included, inter alia, carrying out due diligence of several companies in Ukraine and advising on a number of commercial and employment matters related to IT business in Ukraine in connection with the target companies. We continue advising the client on post-closing integration at the Ukrainian level, including corporate and employment related matters.
