EVERLEGAL advised Louis Dreyfus Company Ukraine on employment and regulatory matters in connection with the new business in Ukraine. 

In particular, we supported the client in appointment of the top management of the newly created company (including, preparing and executing the corporate approvals and other documents required for employment of the top management). We also provided full legal support to the client with regard to attraction of cross-border loan from the EBRD and support the client with review of the relevant transaction documentation.
