EVERLEGAL advised Main Group Ukraine, (ukrainian developer of renewable energy projects) on a number of various employment matters, including, appointment of and separation with top management in a number of group companies.

Our legal services included advising the client on the change of the top management, preparing the documents required for termination of the employment relations with the current directors (including, the corporate approvals) and the documents required for the appointment of new director. 

We have also advised the client on the employment of the top management in the client's holding company (including, preparing and negotiating the employment contract, corporate approvals and other documents required for employment of the top management).
