On 17 December 2020, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 3760 "On the State Support of Investment Projects with Significant Investments in Ukraine".
The Law was developed to help attract major investors into the Ukrainian economy, increase investment attractiveness of Ukraine, and enhance competitiveness of the country's economy.
