Key responsibilities:
- Preparation, publication, and promotion of vacancies
- Setting up and conducting the onboarding process for the newcomers
- Participating in the performance appraisal process, following up with development plans
- Selecting and looking for appropriate and relevant educational events and trainings
- Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source and engage talented individuals
- Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements
- Coordination and implementation of all interview stages
- Holding exit satisfaction interview of employees
- Preparation and administration of HR-related paperwork
Skills:
- Track record as an HR Manager ideally in a law firm setting (at least 2 years)
- Previous experience of managing and developing team members
- Experience of recruitment and interviews at a senior level
- Good command of English and Ukrainian is a MUST
- Excellent professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust among employees at all levels
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactivity, punctuality, and creativity
