Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation, publication, and promotion of vacancies
  • Setting up and conducting the onboarding process for the newcomers
  • Participating in the performance appraisal process, following up with development plans
  • Selecting and looking for appropriate and relevant educational events and trainings
  • Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source and engage talented individuals
  • Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements
  • Coordination and implementation of all interview stages
  • Holding exit satisfaction interview of employees 
  • Preparation and administration of HR-related paperwork

Skills:

  • Track record as an HR Manager ideally in a law firm setting (at least 2 years)
  • Previous experience of managing and developing team members 
  • Experience of recruitment and interviews at a senior level
  • Good command of English and Ukrainian is a MUST
  • Excellent professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust among employees at all levels
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity, punctuality, and creativity
