EVERLEGAL is looking for a Junior Associate for Dispute Resolution Practice to join our Kyiv office!
Requirements:
- University Degree in Law obtained from a reputable Ukrainian university
- Excellent knowledge of civil, commercial and administrative proceedings, civil, commercial, tax, banking & financial, labor law
- Strong analytical, legal writing and research skills
- Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; an ability to learn quickly; an ability to work independently and as a part of a team; high level of self-motivation and proactiveness
We will evaluate the following advantages:
- Dispute resolution (litigation) experience at an international law firm or a major Ukrainian law firm
- Track record in moot court competitions
- LL.M. degree
Responsibilities:
- Performing research and analysis of legal problems and issues
- Assisting in the preparation and drafting of procedural documents
- Representation of clients before courts, enforcement authorities and other state authorities
- Assisting in developing litigation strategy
- Performance of various legal ad hoc assignments delegated by associates, senior associates and partners
