More about the speakers EVERLEGAL:
Andriy Porayko, Partner, Head of Dispute Resolution practice at EVERLEGAL. Andriy specialises in litigation, arbitration and mediation, as well as cross-border litigation for damages caused by the Russian Federation. He is actively involved in debt collection, corporate, tax, agricultural and labour disputes. Andriy has experience in interacting with government authorities, primarily in the field of lawmaking. Andriy has over 17 years of professional legal experience gained in government institutions and private companies. Andriy recently graduated from Harvard Kennedy School with a master's degree in public administration.
Yuliia Tantsiiura, Counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice at EVERLEGAL. Yuliia’s main areas of professional expertise include dispute resolution across various jurisdictions, contract law, banking law, competition law, tort obligations, and land relations. She also leads the firm’s intellectual property rights protection practice. One of Yuliia’s current focus areas is disputes related to the compensation of damages caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Yuliia has more than 15 years of professional experience gained while working in courts of general and commercial jurisdiction, as well as in consulting.
Ganna Khrystova, Head of the Kyiv Office of the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Ganna Khrystova holds a degree of Doctor of the Science of Law. From 2016 to April 2024, she was managing the Council of Europe projects related to internal displacement and human rights protection of war-affected persons. She is an author of more than 60 publications in the human rights field and the theory of law. Ganna is a member of the Scientific and Advisory Council of the Сonstitutional Court of Ukraine, co-chair of the Expert Council under the Representative of the Commissioner for the Rights of Citizens Affected by the Armed Aggression Against Ukraine.
