This webinar will address one of the most pressing challenges facing Ukrainian businesses – protection against unfair competition in the form of look-alike products and parasitic marketing. Against a backdrop of increasing market violations and limited awareness among companies of the legal tools available to them, the webinar will deliver practical legal insights and concrete recommendations for proactive business protection.
