About the speaker and his expertise:
- Andriy Olenyuk, Partner at EVERLEGAL
Andriy focuses his practice on Banking and Finance and Commercial matters. He is also involved in Corporate and M&A projects. Andriy has more than 10 years of professional legal experience acquired at the leading international law firms in Ukraine. Prior to founding Everlegal Andriy was a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance where he worked at the New York, London and Kyiv offices of the firm.
