Associate for Corporate and M&A Practice at EVERLEGAL

EVERLEGAL is further expanding its corporate and M&A practice and is looking for experienced lawyers to join our Kyiv office.

Qualifications:

• Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university
• Foreing LL.M. is preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience at one of the Top-50 Ukrainian law firms
• Excellent command of English (including legal English) and Ukrainian is a MUST
• Excellent knowledge of civil and commercial law; previous experience in Corporate/M&A 
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)

• Able to work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent research, analytical and legal writing skills
• High level of self-motivation and proactiveness
• Results-driven personality 
• Confidence to interact directly with clients 

Responsibilities:

• M&A advisory and transactional work (due diligence, drafting transaction documents)
• Advising on various corporate, commercial, capital controls matters
• Participation in negotiations 
• Performance of various legal ad hoc assignments delegated by senior associates and partners
