Key responsibilities:

  • sourcing and engaging professional talent
  • pre-screening and interviewing job candidates 
  • onboarding process for newcomers
  • development of employees 
  • performance appraisal and help with formulating individual development plans
  • sourcing and organizing relevant educational events and trainings
  • exit satisfaction interviews with employees 
  • preparation and administration of HR-related paperwork

Skills:

  • track record as an HR Manager, ideally in a law firm setting (at least one year)
  • experience of recruitment and interviews 
  • experience of developing people and teams 
  • excellent professional judgment 
  • ability to build trust among employees at all levels 
  • excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • ability to work autonomously
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proactivity, punctuality, and creativity
  • good command of English and Ukrainian is a MUST
