Key responsibilities:
- sourcing and engaging professional talent
- pre-screening and interviewing job candidates
- onboarding process for newcomers
- development of employees
- performance appraisal and help with formulating individual development plans
- sourcing and organizing relevant educational events and trainings
- exit satisfaction interviews with employees
- preparation and administration of HR-related paperwork
Skills:
- track record as an HR Manager, ideally in a law firm setting (at least one year)
- experience of recruitment and interviews
- experience of developing people and teams
- excellent professional judgment
- ability to build trust among employees at all levels
- excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- ability to work autonomously
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proactivity, punctuality, and creativity
- good command of English and Ukrainian is a MUST
