On 12 May 2026 the ІV WHITE-COLLAR CRIME FORUM, organised by the Legal Practice (Yurydychna Praktyka).
During the first session of the forum, Taras Ivanenko, Partner at EVERLEGAL, Head of Anti-Corruption Practice, Attorney-at-Law and PhD in Law, will speak on the topic: “The Evolution of White-Collar Crime Practice”.
Focus of Session I:
- Institutional challenges of criminal justice (the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, anti-corruption framework)
- Expected legislative changes in the field of white-collar crime in 2025–2026
- Fair trial standards in high-profile criminal proceedings
- Crimes against national security and the limits of criminalisation
- Interaction between criminal and sanctions legislation
- Trends in anti-corruption proceedings and the balance between public interest and the rights of the parties
Taras Ivanenko will also host an open interview on the topic: “Roadmap on the Rule of Law and the State of the Judiciary at the Beginning of 2026”.
The interview speaker will be Viktor Dubovyk, Director General of the Directorate for Legal Policy of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
